I bought this rug in Ivory as a 9x12 for my guest room. It looks quite nice and makes the room look and feel more cozy and inviting. The rug is soft to walk on although it is thin. If you plan to use it in a more public room in your house I recommend a good thick pad. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that I unrolled it as soon as I received it a couple of weeks ago and am still waiting for the creases to relax.

This is a great rug for the money. I ordered the 9x12 and also a matching 5x8. Looks exactly as described. My only small issue is that it is taking quite a while to "lay flat" After 2 weeks, still has a few roll marks from shipping. Customer service was 5 star. Received both rugs promptly, but the 5x8 was miss marked. They resent the correct size within about 3 days at no cost and provided a free return shipping lable. Also got to speak to a LIVE person very quickly when I called.
