I was skeptical ordering a rug online, but it looks exactly like the picture, and it was delivered promptly and well packaged. I think this particular rug would be best with a pad underneath to give it a little more softness. Otherwise we are very satisfied.

The rug is soft and beautiful, however, I purchased a 7'x10' rug that is close to 6 inches short in both directions... luckily I ordered bigger than I needed, but I'm rather sad it isn't the correct size.

We love this rug. Quality is amazing and the pile is comfy on the feet....my only advice is get a rug pad as it is on thin side
