For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

A: Hello Jenhar. We do recommend purchasing a non-slip pad if the rug is going on a hard surface flooring. This rug is 1.5" thick.

Rugs.com is the BEST!!!! I adore this shag rug and so do my dogs. I've have several of these rugs and have been using them in high traffic areas of our home and they look simply fabulous. They are nice, fluffy and not showing any signs of wear. As a matter of fact I like it so much that I'm thinking of getting a large one for our family room.

Very soft and thick rug. Good quality for the money paid. I wasn’t thinking when I ordered this, but it is too thick to be placed by my door. The door won’t open because the rug is too thick. I decided to move it somewhere else. Love the color and design as well. Flattened out very easily.

This was an insane deal for an area rug, and the color was exactly what I wanted for our space. I knew from reviews, and price, it may not be the thickest most high quality. I still wanted to try it because the color just seemed so right. So, yes, it is pretty thin on its own. But the shag is long so doesn't have show through. I did end up ordering a rug pad since this is on tile. I haven't received it yet. I also haven't vacuumed it yet, but it had zero issues with unrolling flat. I'm just so happy I was able to get the look I wanted, for such a low price. Time will tell on quality.

This rug is amazing, very soft and nice to walk on barefoot. My dogs like it more than the other one I had in this space. The color is as pictured, perfect with my throw pillows. I would definitely buy it again when on sale.
