An issue with all these rugs in this group are the wrinkles that after several weeks are still there. I am considering using a steamer to try and flatten it. Edges curl up even after being weighted for over a week plus re-rolling it topside out for a day. Colors are vivid and as shown. With premium everyday board this is a nice soft pile rug. Note that placing furniture on it will leave a crush mark which can be moved with simple brushing with a toothbrush. Light spray with water will speed up the process. Recommended.

Arrived promptly, looked quite beautiful, matching the furniture in the room. Now, about a week later, the bumps from being rolled up haven't quite settled yet, but I haven't fully worked to remove them. That'll happen. Much more convenient, at a fair price, and with a great selection -- recommended!

I ordered an area rug for my bedroom because we just got a very active german shepherd puppy and the light tan carpet was getting filthy. I saw this rug and thought any little bits of dirt and grime she might trample into my bedroom would be disguised by the lovey design. Bought the Chateau rug ; it arrived on time and in good condition. It didn’t fit our needs as we had hoped so we returned it. The return was easy and went just as described. We took time to wrap it correctly and we received our credit in a very timely fashion. We’ll buy again from this company again when our need arises
