Product arrived in a timely manner and matched the advertised description. Ordered the same style rug in a runner and in a 4'x6'; the patterns were the same but the color shades varied between the two rugs. Not a major issue for our use case, but noticeable. Overall very satisfied with this rug.

I bought this rug with a pad for my office and it keeps the floor under my feet much warmer and pulled it together esthetically. It looks great I am very happy I found rugs.com. From ordering to delivery, it was easy, fast and a great product for the price.
