Rug is very thin and won't lay flat on the floor. I will have to buy a pad for the rug. Not good if you have pets.

I would have given it a 5* but for the delux underpays. The smaller rugs (I bought four) tend to slip off the mat easily. I ended up buying a couple of those white honeycomb ones and putting them on the real mats. Worked a treat. Im very happy with the carpets and the customer support was fantastic.
