Q: Will these tablets still work as well as the gels if they're diphenhydramine free? I cannot take the gels due to the gelatin in them, but the gels were highly recommended.

A: Gels have 50mg and tablets have 25mg. Diphenhydramine and Doxylamine are both 1st-gen antihistamines; latter with a longer half-life and actually more effective for insomia. I only need 12.5mg.

If youre here looking for the review about how these work for pregnancy nausea and vomiting, this is the one telling you to try it. Safe and effective. This is my 2nd pregnancy with extreme nausea to the point of not being able to eat or function. Only get the sleep tabs and combine with vitamin b6.

If the heels didn't work, try this! It's different; doxylamine succinate. The gels are essentially benadryl. This has so far been the most helpful but still not enough!

If you’re looking for great sleep without the prescription, look no further. These over the counter sleep aids pack a lot of power. I discovered these as a night shift nurse looking for some help to fall asleep during the day. These definitely did the trick. I would not recommend unless you know you have a true 8 hours to sleep, because anything less they can leave you feeling groggy

Really helped me sleep and also really helped with morning sickness during pregnancy. Would recommend and I was able to stop using them when I needed to. I did notice the first time I took it I got sleepy in 10-15min and over time it would take 1-1.5 hrs before I got sleepy.

I’m not sure if it was the medicine or generally feeling tired that being said I’ll share them with my mom who does have a hard time sleeping for a better test.

After trying them for multiple nights I wasn't as impressed with these as I have been with others in the past. I don't think they helped me fall asleep any faster than normal, however, one great positive is I did not wake up groggy what so ever! I do think they helped but also think they aren't as good as other sleep aids out there.
