Universal Showering Components Premium 3-Setting Shower Head

I've run into the same issues as the other users. Water pours out of the shower head around the adjustment ring. What fix is available considering this looks to be a well known issue?

I have use this showerhead for years but it is now leaking from the swivel. It is a very bad leak. I’m not sure how to fix it

I bought one of these a couple years ago. The finish instantly captured me so I had to buy it. After returning home, I installed it and it was very easy to install, took less than 10 minutes. Later on that day I decided to try it out and take a shower. It worked very well. Feels really good on my back and scalp. I definitely recommend.

We bought a home last year built by Toll brothers who installed all Delta products. The Master Bath has two of these shower heads where one sprung a leak just like others reported (in between the cone and the base). Took the head apart (it came off very easily at the cone) and can see that the washers are cracked which is the reason for the leaks. I am stuck with deciding whether to replace this one head with the same model or spend extra and replace both shower heads and handles.

We have the previous model of this shower head installed in all of our showers. The Master bath is the one we use most. It has not worked properly since day one. It holds water and leaks throughout the day and was leaking slowly around the gasket but now it is way too much. I am disappointed about the lack of opportunity to fix this simple problem. We paid a considerable amount for this product. I took the head off the guest shower and placed it in our master bath and the water pressure improved 10 fold. I can not believe we have been dealing with this problem so long. Buyer beware!

My wife and I started out loving this shower-head - we installed a large, dual shower in our master BR - the head lasted for several years (just under 4 years now) but it now leaks on the outside and after many searches to all sorts of HW stores - I just cannot find a replacement part to seal up the failing O-rings or gaskets... what a shame. the unit is still beautiful, it just completely malfunctions now after only a few years. not sure what to do since I have another identical unit in the dual-shower, but I am very hesitant to spend this amount of money again to match the heads if I know I'll have to just do this again in 4 years... sigh... unfortunately this is now the 'American way' for so many things - build products to sell and totally replace, not to last or repair if it breaks... sad.

This shower head has several settings that you can adjust to your desired pressure.This shower head helped to relieve my sore achy muscles by massaging my back and allowing me to get some relief. You just have to remove your old showerhead, then install new Teflon tape and after that you can install the new shower head. The showerhead looks very stylish and it is very easy to clean. It has a stylish shape and a nice chrome coating that really matches the other faucets in my bathroom. It has three spray settings: full spray, massage spray and soft spray. It is very easy to switch between the different settings. You only have to turn it. I love the massage setting. It is very relaxing! The touch-clean showerhead has rubber spray holes that are really easy to clean so you won’t get calcium and lime build-up. With the hard water I have I really like that. The showerhead is from great quality and very durable. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

It is a beautiful fixture and I love the 3 options it offers. To switch between the 3 settings you simple slide/push the handle to choose, it glides between the settings effortlessly. The color we received is very sophisticated and polished. Very expensive looking and works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an incredible showerhead. I own it's predecessor but after thirteen years finally managed to break. It's smoother to operate and elegent in its design.

My new home came with four of these Delta shower heads along with many other Delta items. I was disappointed that all the ones I used regularly failed (plastic cracked) within 3-4 years. Other reviews here reflect similar experiences. However, Delta's customer support was so impressive that I would not hesitate to recommend any Delta product in the future. They replaced the presumably defective shower heads promptly and the new ones seem great. I can't be certain for a few years if the new ones are more durable, but I am not concerned because I now know they are backed by a great company that stands behind their products. It's hard to say whether I recommend this product, but I can definitely recommend the company.
