This is the worst shower head. It constantly drips and delta replaced my first one, and after 6-8 months, the second one is dripping.

My shower head is a year old and leaks at the seal on top of the head, as a lot of others have said. Water shoots straight up and hits the ceiling. Have used this shower head maybe 3 times. I would not recommend this product, very poor quality!

We have had this showerhead installed for less than a year. We have the same leaks mentioned by others in these reviews. I am hoping Delta will stand by this showerhead also.

We have had this shower head installed since June 2016 and love the design...but now it is leaking from the seam on the top just like all the others mentioned in these reviews. It is hard to believe that Delta, which makes such good products, would allow this kind of manufacturing flaw. We are very disappointed in this product, especially since we loved it so much at the beginning. no I would not recommend it to anyone.

Just as all others have stated, there is a design flaw with this product and you should not buy it. We have had the shower head under one year and it has been used less than 10 times, it leaks around the seams of the top of the shower head where there are 10 screws. DO NOT BUY.

Bought this showerhead as part of a complete bath remodel and we chose this one because it looked great in the showroom. It was not cheap and we thought we were getting a quality product, but after 6 months of use the showerhead began to leak very badly from the top. We are more than disappointed and will have to find a replacement. I assure you, we will be buying from a different company.

This product Model RP 62955 is doing the same as most everyone else in the review, it's leaking around the top. I have had this product in our new bathroom for only 5 months and started noticing it the past two months. now I go to the reviews and see it has happened to several others. not sure I would replace it with another of the same models.

I replaced my original shower head within a year for problems with water dripping and now the second one has the same failure within a year. Disappointed, as this is a great shower head when it works.

Just like everyone else I have this leaking shower head. It leaks all along the edges on top of the shower head. Unfortunately I don't have a receipt because it was put in when the house was built. I'm hoping Delta will replace this on good faith or provide some type of replacement seal.

We put this showerhead in as part of a renovation last fall. In about 6 months we noticed water leaking over the edge from above. We tried all kinds of things including making sure it was level and cleaning. Now I see that others have had the same problems and worse. We also had the problem of the jets skewing off in odd directions. I'd like to get some help with this. Delta support was very helpful when we picked out the dual controls which are working great. But this showerhead just isn't right.

This shower head is beautiful, but leaks from the back, just like many others have mentioned. I am very disappointed, as it was supposed to be part of the shower remodel design. It is unusable :(

We had our bathroom remodeled and saw this shower head in the showroom when choosing fixtures. Within a short time we noticed leakage coming from the top. Contractor has replaced the original with two new units. Both have developed the same problem. The last one in about a months time. We paid for a quality product and it is far from quality. The contractor is going to reimburse us for the shower head and install a new one of our choice. Needless to say it will not be Delta.

I have been in my home since 3/31/2016. I have 2 of these heads in my shower. Within 3 weeks they both started leaking from the seal. My home builder's plumber ordered me 2 more. I installed those 6 weeks ago and now they are both leaking again. On a plus side it did go double the amount of time than the first set, but this is ridiculous. I have had more shower heads in my shower than mortgage payments made on my home.... something just isn't right there.

I installed this Delta shower package a little less than a year ago and since April 2016, I have had the same problem as others have mentioned. Seam on the top of the shower head has failed and causing water to spray everywhere. I called Delta today and their customer service was great. They acknowledged the problem and they are quickly sending a replacement head free of charge. For me, I REALLY appreciate their responsiveness and desire to help customers when there is a problem. Of course, I was disappointed with the product, but their customer service was quite good and I will continue to use Delta products based on their response.
