My tree arrived promptly but without its stand, which meant I could not decorate on one of the rare days I had time to do so. I emailed National Tree Company's customer service but have received no answer and then spent nearly three hours on hold a few days later only to be told I had to register my tree first and then I could request a replacement stand. I registered my tree but there is no option on the site to request a stand. I have sent another email to customer service. Maybe I'll have the stand by New Year's.
