A: Thank you for your interest in Gold Bond products. ‘Phenoxythelene’ is not a material used in our products. Phenoxyethanol is an ingredient used in Gold Bond Ultimate Eczema Relief Cream, Lotion and Hand cream as well as the Medicated Eczema Relief Cream. However, it was decided that Gold Bond formulas would be changed in the upcoming future to remove phenoxyethanol. Gold Bond Eczema products and Gold Bond Ultimate Eczema products will continue to have phenoxyethanol as an ingredient until the formula is updated to be free of phenoxyethanol in the upcoming future. We recommend that you review the list of ingredients present on the label on shelf to make sure the product is suitable for you.

I use this on my toddler’s face for eczema. One of the best list of ingredients for OTC eczema lotions and that’s why I love it. With consistent use it is effective. Consistency is not too thick.

Wow I’m impressed! I’ve only used it one time so far, but immediately after applying to my hands I felt relief! I put it on before bed and when I woke in the morning I was amazed at how soft my hands were and no redness, no flaky skin, and no itching!

This Gold Bond Eczema Relief Lotion actually works! It cleared up my irritation fairly quickly, and I saw a noticeable difference in my skin within a few days. It goes on smooth and easy and doesn’t leave my skin greasy. It’s full of safe ingredients that don’t irritate my sensitive skin, and doesn’t have a strong scent. I highly recommend this eczema relief lotion for anyone looking for a solution outside of prescribed steroids.

This lotion is medicated with 2% colloidal oatmeal which has been clinically shown to help eczema patients with healing their skin barrier and reducing itching. I primarily use this on my hands and it provides quick relief to dryness but does have a slightly greasy feel. This lotion has no discernable smell and can be used on any part of the body so it's a great all around product. I still suffer from cracked hands in the winter, but since using this product I have had a good amount of improvement.

My daughter’s hands were starting to get really patchy and in some spots , dark due to the cold weather.This immediately gave her relief on the dry/itchy skin. Her hands feel so smooth and they are visibly getting better, I’m so happy to see the flare ups contained. The discoloration is still a little there but with time we’re hoping this heals all that right up.

Bought twice! Packaging was great. Seal not damaged. The ingredients didn’t make me break out so thats a plus! Smells like nothing to me but its for sensitive skin so not complaining. Texture great and thick!

Gold Bond eczema relief works pretty good to help moisturize dry skin. I like that it helps with irritation and itchiness it also helps my skin feel less rough. I think it's a good value for its price and is good for taking with you on the go.

I bought this lotion for my 2 year old, she has eczema on her inner elbow and it cleared it up in less than a week! Leaves her skin feeling soft and the second I put it on it relieves in pain she is feeling. Doesn’t have a strong smell to it and has great packaging.

I really wanted to love this item but it stings my face. If this product is for people with eczema and very dry and sensitive skin why would it burn? It start stinging(burning) a few seconds after application, and continues for a few minutes after and then stops. I don’t know if it’s because of my very compromised skin barrier or what?
