For comparison, an 8.46 fl oz can of Red Bull contains 80mg of caffeine; a 12 fl oz can of Mountain Dew contains 54mg of caffeine; and a 12 fl oz Coca-Cola Classic contains 34mg of caffeine.

I grabbed the Unwell Strawberry Hydration Drink on a whim and was actually impressed. The flavor’s light and not too sweet, and it really did help me feel more hydrated and alert. Great for a midday pick-me-up or after a workout. A little pricey for one bottle, but overall worth it. I’d definitely buy it again.
