Q: Can this be used on your eye, if you have a stye?

Q: Is this flexible when frozen to conform to the surface of the body?

Q: Tag line says "Reusable", but no directions on the package. How does this become reusable after the first use? Specs chart shows "Recyclable" as Sustainablity Claim, so not reusable?
