Q&A(13)

Q: The last one I bought of an Up and Up pitcher does not have an opening in the lid and I have to take the whole lid off to fill it. Does this one have an opening in the lid?

submitted by cybercat3 - 3 years ago
  • A: You do have to remove the black lid to be able to refill this pitcher.

  • A: Hi, cybercat3 - we apologize...it looks like the product description got mixed up between the 10 cup and 7 cup sizes. The 10 cup has a removable lid for refilling; the 7 cup has a flip-top lid for refilling. We'll be sure that the description is updated, and we apologize for the confusion.

Q: Does the electronic filter indicator turn green? Mine flashes 3 or 4 or more times and not just 2 but I'm using up a Brita filter first before I put the Up and Up one in.

submitted by cybercat3 - 4 years ago
  • A: Hi, Cybercat3. To set the electronic filter change indicator, after you change the filter, you press and hold the button on the filter change indicator until it flashes a few times. You then release the button, and the filter change indicator should display a triangle made up of 4 bars. The filter type doesn't change how the filter change indicator functions. If this isn't how yours is working, please do post another note, and we'll be sure to get you a new one. Thank you!
