I started these after I was prescribed 2 separate antibiotics at the same time and was recommended by my gynecologist to take probiotics containing a few of the listed bacterial strains to prevent a yeast infection. I’m 5 days in and have yet to get one! I take it in combination with benefiber as a prebiotic twice a day. 10/10 other probiotics have given me horrible gas/bloating, these are amazing!

these probiotics are pretty good. i have some stomach issues and i have noticed since taking these my stomach issues have lessened in intensity. i only take one a day because i don’t want to overwhelm my body since they are 50 billion, but it seems to be working for me. i would rebuy them when they go on sale.

I’ve been on them for two weeks and I have horrible stomach aches. I will drop down from two to one and then see how I feel after. I have a horrible time finding a probiotic that works for me. Hopefully, the one a day works.

I have used many different probiotics over the years and I can honestly say that this one works the best for women especially if they have frequent UTI's. It may be due to the cranberry formula; either way, although pricey I will continue to purchase this product.

I’ve tried this probiotic for about 3 months now and I really feel that it’s helped regulate my bowel movements and keep me fresh with my downstairs. Keep in mind all products work differently for everyone! But I would say give it a try! Also I only use once a day. And it still helps me use the restroom at least once a day.

Horrifying gastro impact. Beware. Start with one if you dare try it. Read the other reviews about the diarrhea, cramping, and ingredients. Thus is a supplement and not regulated.

I have been very happy using my UP4 probiotics until they changed the formula to 50 Billion. Now my body is overwhelmed and can't stop having bowl movements. The old formula was 10 Billion which was perfect. I am a small person who is over 65 year. Please bring back the old formula!

Easy to swallow, you have to take 2 a day but I’m okay with that. I had tried the Ollie probiotic gummies but I don’t think it had enough CFUs and this one has 10 billion. I take probiotic supplements mostly to help prevent infections. I’m prone to getting infections and use to get them 3-4x a year. Being on this so far, I haven’t gotten an infection.

i haven't had any yeast infections after taking this probiotic, the only issuse though is swallowing it.
