[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair compliments my home office. It is very sleek looking and would compliment any work space. It was really easy to assemble and is very comfortable to sit in all day. I am planning to purchase one for my husbands home office as well.

But assembly was a challenge: one stripped screw, and about every fourth need for a screw things were out of alignment and needed adjustment. But the chair is now sturdy! The polished nickel finish is slightly sub-par, with marred finish in a few areas and one or two sharp spurs (which scratch a hand idly passed over them).

The adjustment lever tucked beneath the 360° swivel seat offers a custom seating experience. The faux leather is very firm but comfortable. For better comfort, I place a pillow down before sitting. It fits my computer desk so perfectly. I love it so much & it’s perfect for boys or girls. It would be a perfect gift for someone’s birthday or Christmas. I highly recommend.

The construction was nice with the leather and metal. I had one issue with a bolt that would not catch anything so it just spins around and fell out. The instructions didn't explain how to move the chair up or down so there could have been a note added to be helpful. I was able to sit in it for eight hours each day and it felt like there was enough support for my back.

The back comes just up to my shoulders for reference. It was simple to assemble. It complements my office perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this owuld be a great office chair but I don't like how uncomfortable it is and how hard it was to assemble. It has potential if the company chooses to use better materials and easier assembly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great looking chair but was back breaking to assemble due to the misaligned holes. I finally got it all put together after unloosing all the bolts and finding as close as center as I could. Could have been a lot easier. Quality would be great for a college student but probably not a professional office. I gave it 4 starts still because I am short (5’1”) and it’s real hard for me to find chairs that will go low enough for me to have my feet flat on the floor. So happy that it accommodates for shorter people. The air lifter seems to be of good quality and should last a bit.

It has lumbar support that’s why I love it so much. Assembly wasn’t hard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of this chair and the "leather" is nice and soft. Unfortunately, the arm rests are in a fixed position and so I couldn't scoot all the way up to my desk. The chair does adjust in height but that is the only adjustment available. The biggest problem is that when putting it together, the two screw holes on the back didn't line up. So once you got one screwed in, we could not get the other one screwed in at all because the hole didn't line up. It still feels fairly sturdy but design flaw for sure. See pic.

It was incredibly easy to out together. My daughter liked that it had a swivel so she can move in the chair. It’s also very comfortable and you can sit in it for long periods of time. I’m taking off one star because it was actually kind of difficult to assemble. I couldn’t get the back of the chair and frame to sit perfectly, so one screw wouldn’t go in. It still seems sturdy, but this seems to be a design flaw.

The hardware was hard to decipher and the diagrams took some time to understand. Getting the pieces to fit together and get the screws to go in properly was nearly impossible. The Allen wrench provided could not be used to get the screws in. A power screwdriver was definitely needed and we’re still not sure they’re in right. Putting the chair together leaves a lot to be desired. The style is pretty simple and suitable for many different people. The back is a little low but not terrible. Just wish it were a little higher. Overall the comfort is fine. Mechanisms to move the seat work ok, nothing difficult. Overall, kind of disappointed in this chair simply because of the instructions and building it being difficult.

I like how easy the wheels make it roll across the floor even on carpet, the cushioning makes it comfortable to sit in and the faux leather is easy to clean off if anything gets spilled on it. I like the curve in the back rest but i just wish it was a little bit higher I like being able to lean my neck back it's to short for that. All in all it's a great office chair that will leave you comfortable all day at work.
