I had to return the Civilian Series iPhone 11 Pro Case, and get a replacement «iPhone 11 pro MAX» because I didn’t know the difference before I got the one in the mail that didn’t fit my phone. The new replacement is great.

It’s a good combination of hard and soft material at appropriate places to provide proper cushion & protection during fall. It provides proper grip as well. My Experience with UAG has been great the past couple of years. I bought UAG cases for the last three phones I had... I've used the Plasma, Monarch and Civilian series of cases and they have been mostly really great. But the latest one I've got, the Civilian series, was a little disappointing... The Civilian series is to slippery, easily gets scratched, the orange accent easily gets dirty and the buttons are mushier and harder to press than compared to Monarch and Plasma series. But the design of the case is still beautiful, and the case is still somewhat high quality... Overall the case is fine, but compared to UAG's other cases, like the Monarch, it is a little bit disappointing...
