Our office got into this whole fitness thing, and people started grabbing these cool under-desk treadmills. The idea was to shake things up a bit from sitting all day. Sitting for eight hours straight is not the best, you know? Anyway, everyone did their research on which treadmill to get, and I ended up with this one. What got me hooked was the fact that it had a bit more space to walk – and that's a win for me since I'm a tall guy, 6'2" and 220 lbs. Honestly, they're all kind of the same when it comes to noise, speed options, and how much weight they can handle. The real difference-maker was the size of the walking area. At first, I thought I'd just take a leisurely stroll at 1-2 mph while working. But now, I'm cruising at a decent 3 mph for a couple of hours each day. And guess what? This treadmill is holding up like a champ! I also like keeping track the miles. So far, i have used it for many hours. Did some oiling and tweaking the belt a bit, and my walking routine is still going strong.
