Horrible. When cooked tasted like stale blood because it was so bloody and then sealed in the packed. It was almost like it was left out and then put back in the refrigerator.

I really wanted these to work out. As a household of two, we buy so many of our essentials from Target. I was extremely disappointed when we got home from picking up our order to see that one of the steaks had its bag punctured. This becomes even more obvious the day after, because the steak will start to brown around the edges. The other steak was fine. I don’t mind paying a bit more for steak by the pound if I can have a one-stop shop. But I tried, and now I’m hesitant to purchase any more meat from Target. Purchase at your own risk and good luck!

This is my go to for my family of 5. We love the fat on ribeyes. It’s a good, thick piece of meat. I’ve even cooked it in a pan and it tasted great!
