Honestly a great cut and it’s not to bad on price but I bought one and the whole filet piece was missing. Didn’t realize of course until I was all the way home but definitely not cool on whoever cut it.

They were not as pictured and I think I will never again order online for pick up. These were gelatinous and not quite in saleable condition. Not to mention, thin. like pork chop thin.

Delicious. I slow cooked it first for about 45 mins then finished cooking it on the stove top. It's pricy so this will only be a once in a blue purchase.
