Q: Is this actually 24" x 36" as the listing says? I ordered a different bath mat from this company that listed as 24x36 inches, but was actually MUCH smaller :-(

A: Hello Monica, Thank you so much for pointing this out. You are correct. The mat is actually 21x34. We are working to get this fixed.
