Great flavor and easy to take. Not Ute if it’s doing anything as of yet but hope it will once I take more of it. Overall I’d buy again.

It mixes well on drinks and there's no adverse aftertaste. I notice that it helps me feel full longer and have less appetite. I took it with food and never on empty stomach to avoid loose stools.

The best part about this oil is that it is very effective, I've been taking it every morning for about a month now and have noticed an increase in weight loss, it's also curbed my appetite and cravings quite a bit! The flavor is GREAT also! The only thing I didn't particularly enjoy about it myself, was the actual texture of the oil, I was taking it by itself, but luckily the flavor is so good, that the solution was easy, I simply added it to my morning wellness drink and smoothies. I will definitely continue using this for a long time!

I am also going to start adding it to my coffee or smoothie each morning. I was worried I would be running to the bathroom after taking this, but I have had no issues and not had any side effects from it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this in my coffee every morning because it is super energy! I usually never eat breakfast in the morning because it makes me nauseous. But I have to have coffee every morning or look out now. Sometimes, it gives me jitters and low blood sugar. Now, with the MCT oil, I NEVER get low blood sugar. My blood sugar was such an issue that I now keep a bottle of sugar cubes in my car console. I haven't had to eat any sugar cubes lately. The MCT is fat, so it fills you up and gives you energy. And because it's liquid, it is easier for your body to digest. So, by the time I am done with my coffee, I feel so energized. Another bonus is that I don't need to put creamer in my coffee because the flavor of the vanilla hazelnut is so smooth. A bit of oil floats on top, so I use a matcha whisk to blend to get the oil throughout the coffee; otherwise, you will take a shot of MCT oil and then drink plain coffee. Overall, I love this product.
