This "hypoallergenic" product contains fragrance. This is not stated on the front of the container - it is only listed in small print on the back. It smells absolutely horrible. My five-year-old grandson actually cried when I applied it to a chapped area on his chin due to the terrible smell. Considering that Vaseline has been fragrance-free for decades, the fact that fragrance is added to this product should be CLEARLY stated on the front of the container. I'll be throwing the 13 oz. container away as the terrible, strong fragrance makes it unfit for use.

Perfect for those of us with dry cracked skin! I have eczema and am constantly changing what I use or my skin gets used to it. This is a fabulous balm- pair with cotton gloves and socks for your bedtime routine for extra soft hands and feet!

I got 2 of these after reading that it is 100% petroleum jelly and hypoallergenic. I missed that it has added fragrance which has given my baby a terrible rash. I do not recommend this at all. The scent is strong and terrible and irritating.

HEAVILY SCENTED. “Hypoallergenic” implies non scented. This stuff smells so strong-it has added perfume. These are sensitive babies we’re talking about. JUST WHY?

Would give zero stars if I could. Thought the “baby” branding would mean unscented but it reeks of baby powder scent. As a pediatrician I avoid scented products for kids, and now always make sure to let people know of this scent issue. Big tub went right in the trash before even trying.

My little one has been using Vaseline since he was born. His doctor recommended we use this to prevent diaper rashes. This brand is a little more expensive than the store brand but it works really well. It has a slight baby powder scent to it. My son has sensitive skin and did not have any adverse reactions since using this, either. I will be repurchasing as we have ran out of this!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This product is labeled for babies - it is heavily scented and has added fragrance. Big NOPE for my kid and her sensitive eczema skin. Tossed two jars of this right in the trash. Stop adding fragrance to products marketed for babies.

Be aware this product has an extremely strong sweet smell and would be unsuitable for anyone who has sensitivities to perfumes. I purchased this for dry skin after using original vaseline which worked very well for my skin condition after trying many many other skin products. I was unaware this product was so highly scented and didn’t consider it would be due to it being marketed as a healing baby product. I’m not sure how good this product would be for a baby. 🤷🏼♀️ Stick with Original Vaseline

If you actually look at the specification, there is an ingredient label and it says “fragrance”. I like this Vaseline because it works great on my skin and it smells nice. I can handle fragrance because I’m not wake.

No where on the front does it say scented. I tried it anyways and it literally chemically burned my babies butt. Don’t buy this!!!!! just get plain petroleum jelly.
