Each frittata has about 80 calories and 4 grams of protein. Love the blend of sauteed mushrooms, cheddar Munster, Parmesan cheese and caramelized onions. Delicious flavor and a satisfying texture. Great to grab on the go.

I prepare them in an air fryer… I love the meat free option plus the fact it doesn’t have much/any spinach forward flavor since I don’t like cooked spinach. They seem to be getting harder to find so Iusually buy 3-4 boxes when I find them. I like them 😊

The Veggies Made Great Great Gluten Free Frozen Mushroom & Three Cheese Frittata are good quality. It is soft and hot and I love how it is so tender and easy to eat just heat in the microwave and its hot. The mushroom was good with the three cheese. Good for quick easy and fast to eat for snacks. I like that they are gluten free as well

So many bad reviews mention microwaving them, no wonder they didn't like them. Foods of this type need to be oven baked to gain the crispy crust, otherwise they're just mushy. I bake them for 23-24 minutes in the toaster oven, a wee bit longer than the suggested time (live in STL for those wondering about altitude adjusments). For those in a rush, put them in the oven before you prepare for work/school/petting your cat or whatever it is you do after waking up. They're delicious. I like to buy a box of both the mushroom and of the spinach so we can eat one of each flavor for breakfast.

I have had these frittatas several times - they are my favorite frittatas that Veggies Made Great makes! I love the mushroom flavor combined with the egg whites and cheese. I also love that these frittatas cook quickly, are high in protein / low in calories and are made with minimal, natural ingredients.

I love mushrooms, but these are not good. They're bland & bitter at the same time. There's a ton of artificial mushroom aftertaste--you know, what mass-produced, mushroom-flavored things taste like, which is never what restaurant or homemade mushroom things taste like. How they managed to source mushrooms without any umami at all is beyond me. I think these might have been made with canned mushrooms? There's no cheese flavor or texture, either.
