I love the size of my backpack and they my initials are on it but disappointed I've only carried it a few times and the handle is starting to peel. I really thought I was getting a product that would last longer that a few months. Now I have to find something else that will last longer. I will think twice about a purchase with VB.

Love it, except one thing one of the straps are sewn wrong, it's twisted, so if you would like to replace it that would be great I have 7 backpacks from Vera Bradley
