They are always tender, extremely flavorful, hardly any fat and all I do is fry them a few minutes on each side to sear the flavors in. Everyone I have cooked them for has raved about the flavor and tenderness. They are not as tender if you cook them under a broiler, by the way. The price is very reasonable also. High recommended!!

This is my favorite cut of steak. I did think there was quite fat on the edge but I thought it was really delicious and was amazing sprinkled with Maldon sea salt flakes.

I overcooked it on the grill and it still turned out tasty just using salt and pepper. Minimalistic packaging. The only downfall I found was that the portions are a lot smaller than expected.

It’s hard for me to find grass fed steak since my local grocery store near me stopped carrying it. I’m glad Target at least has an option. I don’t know if it was the meat or my new cast iron pan that I cooked it in but it was the most tender, moist, and delicious steak I’ve had in a while. I usually like my steak well done because any sign of blood or pink meat grosses me out. But for some reason I didn’t mind a little bit of pink on the inside when I cut into the meat. Every piece was so tender and moist that I had to force myself to enjoy chewing every piece slowly instead of inhaling it and swallowing it whole lol. I will definitely be trying this again. I hope I will have the same experience every time I buy this.
