Vibe Heather Grey 10” Gel Memory Foam Mattress in a Box [Ultra Small Package]

Not worth it. Mattresses is denied and deflated on sides of mattress and inflated at a slope. The top and bottom looks to have done okay but at a slope. Contacted customer service about it and about processing a return and was given the run around with different responses. Was told by the first agent that it could be picked up for a return and refund and once transferred to schedule a pick up was told that it needed to be packaged back the way that I received it. Mind you it’s a mattress in a box! So was told I had to figure out how to get it to a store my self in the next 90 days. I bought a bed frame and mattress now I’m out a mattress. Customer service was rude and no help. I made the mistake of not paying attention to the reviews being paid reviews. I spent my own money on this item and I can absolutely tell you that it is not worth it. Don’t do it.

We put it on a bed frame that has motors to raise the head of the bed or foot of the bed and this mattress works perfectly with that - honestly it was a pleasant surprise. The firmness is fantastic, very comfortable for a couple who don't always see eye to eye on how firm or soft we prefer our beds. We've been loving it and are considering replacing our guest room mattresses with other Vibe ones.

The package this is delivered in, is so small, it's amazing how it expands. It has two foam layers that cradle your body when you sleep. You can use regular fitted king size sheets.

Once opened it takes about two full days to come to full size, but is about 90% of the way there in about an hour. The bed is very comfortable and pretty thick for a foam mattress.

I was shocked when I saw the size of the box, but appearances are deceiving in this case because once it is open and uncompressed, this is a 10-inch mattress with two inches of memory foam that is supportive and comfortable. I like a softer mattress, and my husband prefers firm, so we went with medium firmness, and it works well for both of us. If you can, plan ahead and give this mattress time to expand and air out. I would particularly recommend this mattress for someone moving into a smaller space where stairs are going to be an issue. The way this mattress is packed makes that a non-issue.

The medium-firm feel strikes a perfect balance between softness and support. As a slide-sleeper, I like to have moderate plushness so my hips and shoulders don't feel pinched, but I also need support to keep my back mostly aligned while sleeping. I've never used a "bed in a box" foam mattress, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The mattress arrived neatly packed in a compact box. I was amazed at how such a sizable mattress could fit into that box. The unboxing process was straightforward. I simply removed the mattress from the packaging and watched in awe as it slowly expanded to its full 10-inch height. It was like magic! It took a few hours for it to "off gas", but after letting it sit, it was ready to place on my bed.
