This mattress has a chill Vibe, seriously. Combining both a cold-to-the-touch fabric blend with a proprietary BioCool phase change material (PCM) cooling technology added to the foam, this mattress helps you sleep cooler through the night. The core of this hybrid mattress is comprised of the ‘best of both worlds’ featuring a 3-layer system of pressure relieving memory foam and the support of an encapsulated steel coil system. The top layer is 1.5-inches of responsive cooling gel memory foam featuring the added BioCool technology that is designed to keep your temperature in the optimal range for sleep, the transition layer is a 1.5-inch sculpted convoluted foam that provides excellent ventilation and airflow as well as motion transfer to the encapsulated coil system. The encapsulated coil system combines 6” of coils and a high density foam encasement on all sides, including 1” on the bottom. The foam encapsulated design is a premium feature found in high-end mattresses and improves the performance of the mattress offering greater durability and protection for the springs, reduced sagging, increased edge-to-edge support, better sleeping space utilization, and increased articulation with adjustable bases than all-coil systems. The fabric of this mattress features a 100% polyethylene face which provides a cold-to-the-touch feel and a decorative design with a sculpted look. All Vibe mattresses come with the Good Vibe Guarantee, a 10-year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. This mattress is roll packed and compressed for quick and efficient delivery to you. It directly effects your sleep, which effects your health, and sets the tone for your day. The set up was so quick and easy. It took about ten minutes in total. This includes everything from opening the box, to cutting open the mattress roll. It instantly took its shape, it was clean with no chemical smells, and the fabric was cool to the touch, and it stayed that way throughout the night. It supported me well I slept comfortably. I woke up feeling refreshed, without body aches. I really recommend giving this mattress brand a try. Plus the mattress itself is visually appealing too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure what to expect from a Hybrid mattress that says it’s cooling as well, but I actually think this is a really good mattress! I gave it four out of five starts because I haven’t had it long enough to tell how it will wear long term. I have to say that opening a vacuum sealed mattress and watching it expand is fun! The box was super heavy to get in and maneuver but once on the bed frame it expanded and was easily set up! The mattress does feel cool to the touch and does seem to keep the temperature down when sleeping. I wouldn’t say it’s a constant cooling effect, but I does feel cooler when you move around. As far as comfort goes I would say it is a little on the firm side. Very comfortable for a back sleeper especially. I side sleep and have noticed I end up on my back and I’m perfectly comfortable!

Respective to your comments on the cooling, our product engineers wanted to give an answer based on the construction. The mattress should feature an initial cooling feel given the cool-to-the-touch fabric cover and then continues to cool with the integrated BioCool phase change material (PCM) technology. BioCool has a proprietary formulation to activate to keep your skin temperature in the optimal range for sleep so depending on your personal skin temperature you may not feel a "constant cooling" sensation; however, the technology is constantly working.

I’ve been sleeping on it for several days now and have been waking up refreshed. The mattress doesn’t cave in when you lay on it yet isn’t exactly overly firm. It has the perfect balance of soft and firm, and makes you feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. It’s summer right now, so the cooling aspect of this mattress has been amazing. I’ve actually noticed a difference regarding the cooling technology between this and my previous mattress, where my previous one sometimes made me warm up during the night but this one has made me sleep through the night without sweating. Great product!

The mattress is still cooling to sleep on. Super comfortable. As soon as I cut the packaging the mattress was ready to lay on.
