I have tried it without makeup, under makeup and during different seasons, humidity levels and climate. It has not let me down! It glides on the face like a dream, leaving my skin looking amazing. It stays put the entire day without settling into my fine lines or pores. I also have sensitive skin and it has not given me any rash or sensitivity issues. And best of all, it does protect and my skin today, looks and feels better than a month ago.

I was initially concerned about the opaque whiteness of the product, but it absorbed quickly and the white disappeared. I was also worried that it would make my makeup shiny and it turned out not to be an issue. I have combination skin and live in a hot, humid area. This did not make my skin feel oily at all. I liked it so much (better than my regular nighttime cream) that I started using it in the evenings! I would recommend this to anyone needing sunscreen during the day and I feel it would work well with most skin types. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Of course, like most sunscreens, it lays in a bit thick of you apply the correct amount. It has a nice lotion texture, but it doesn't do well under makeup, especially if it's oil based.

Unlike other sunscreen, no shine or oil left behind! I have very sensitive skin and was happy to experience no increase in breakouts or negative reaction. I was even able to use it with makeup with no breakout, a rarity when you have sensitive skin! Definitely sensitive skin recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *I received this sunscreen free from Vichy in return of my honest review* I have been using the Vichy Mineral 89 SPF30 Sunscreen for about a month now and I really like it. It's lightweight formula is easy to spread and absorbs nicely on my skin, leaving my face looking natural, without any residues or white casting. I use 1 pump, which is enough to cover all my face. It's not oily or sticky like other sunscreens I have used. It has a light smell, like most sunscreens do, but it dissipates shortly after application, which is a plus for me. My skin feels hydrated and protected while using this sunscreen. I am able to apply my makeup shortly after the product has dried and I have not experienced any pilling throughout the day. The 50ml tube is small enough to keep in my purse and reapply when needed. If I'm outside I reapply every 2 or 3 hours to ensure my face is protected for longer. I absolutley recommend Vichy sunscreen for anyone seeking hydration and effective sun protection in one product.

This one is almost perfect but it does leave a slight white cast on my skin. If I wear it under makeup, it's not a problem at all, but on the days I don't wear makeup. It is not the sunscreen that I reach for. The protection is good it absorbs well, so the only, detractor is the residue.

Very soft and smooth rubbing in the moisturizer and instantly soaks into the skin leaving it refreshed and ready for the day. The sunscreen is in a pumpkin tube and easily packed into a purse to make sure you're protected all day long. Not too keen on the scent of the moisturizer, I do wish it was lightly scented instead of the sunscreen chemical smell. I would recommend for anyone looking to protect their face from harmful UV rays and also wanting to add moisture to parched skin at the same time. I received a sample for my honest review.
