[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product had an entire section that was not packaged correctly. It left about 10 inches of space between branches. I understand problems occur in packaging, however, I was very disappointed with Vickerman's service. They would only agree to send a replacement tree out via ground shipping. This would cause over a week delay in setting my store for Christmas which includes missed sales from the empty space on my floor. They checked the remaining inventory of this tree and the all had the same problem.

Not a bad tree at all, a little see thru at places but I added garland to the center pole and it looed much better
