It has an enjoyable taste and does not taste like medicine at all- it’s very easy to take. I fall asleep faster than usual and for me effects are typically noticeable 10-20 minutes after taking it. The liquid worked quickly. Not only did I fall asleep fast, but I stayed asleep and woke up without feeling groggy!

The taste is amazing and it helps me. Sleep within minutes and the best part it helps me have the best sleep I could ever ask for. Next morning I wake up refreshed, full of energy and really love that it does not form habits so you can only use it when needed.

I use it on those nights when I have to get up early to teach a fitness class, so I must go to bed mush earlier than normal. It helps me fall asleep quickly and sleep through the night. I don’t know what I’d do without it.

She works at a hospital and works all hours of the day. We both have issues falling asleep and staying a sleep. She knows I hate anything with a aftertaste. This don’t have one. I highly recommend. One of the best sleep aids I have used in a long time.

The warming liquid is very calming and soothing and it made me feel drowsy. Listen about 15 minutes. I slept the night and felt refreshed the next morning. Other sleep aids give me.a “hangover”, but not this one. Very satisfied!
