A: Hi Aman, thanks for reaching out about ViewSonic PX748-4K 4K Projector w/ 4000 Lumens, HDR Support Auto Keystone Dual HDMI, USB-C, Stream Netflix with Dongle - Manufacturer Refurbished We apologize for the issue you are experiencing and have two suggestions that may help you resolve this issue, however it can have a very wide variety of causes. Try using a different HDMI cable to connect to the projector to reduce any lag if there is trouble with the cable. We also would suggest when streaming or playing any content using the internet, to try connecting through an Ethernet cable that would plug in to your router as Ethernet is often a faster and more stable connection If these steps are not successful, we invite you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.

It can always be risky buying open box or refurbished items, but to me worth it with the money you save. This came in a standard box along with power cord, remote, usb c plug. No original box. The unit looked brand new like it was never used. It did come with a manual as well which I think lacks setup details, but they are pretty straight forward. I have used it 1 week now and watched 2 movies and various sports woth no issues. It does take time getting the rite color settings, and works great with my 4k chromecast that i secured to the back of the projector and power it through the projectors usb c port. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. Only thing you dont get is the original box.
