Let me start by saying Vimergy Products are excellent BUT be warned that not every supplement works the same for everyone. This product I decided to try due to the fact that Ashwagandha was not available and I was going through seriously withdrawals not using it regularly for my anxiety symptoms(be warned as well, cold turkey off a tincture is a real thing). As soon as I started taking 5-HTP I noticed all my symptoms were amplified! I had severe lethargic reaction and it triggered my anxiety vertigo and made me feel like crap in general. I had to stop ASAP. This does not work for me. My brain did not like it at all.

I bought the small size bottle to try based on effectiveness. I did see others say it caused upset stomach. I think that could be the case for me. Had stomach discomfort. I will not purchase another bottle.

On March 29th, I took it around 8am, by 10am I was doubled over and in the bathroom frequently. I finally started feeling better around 8pm. I’ll try it over the weekend again to see if I have the same results.
