This order was placed for email delivery and despite the fact that it was screwed up for shipping which it says takes over a week and HAS NOT Shipped has not been able to be cancelled and handle correctly. Fix the problem and either expedite physical shipping or cancel and send via email.

Absolute scam. The cards don’t work, and when you try to call to resolve, you are dragged along in hopes you will give up, and the company will steal your money. I’m surprised this company is in business still (InComm). Just give cash, it’s way more secure.

All the reviews and complaints are valid. The card is not usable and is a huge scam. It's not worth the hassle. It was given as a gift, so I had no purchase receipt. It's not worth giving my personal information to the number on the back of the card to possibly get scammed again.

Be Careful buying it

I would NOT recommend buying this they are distributed by InComm, somehow the card got tampered with while the packaging looks sealed, someone purposely keyed half the card number and security code. I called the Visa Gift card customer service number, they then transferred me to InComm, they verified the card hasn’t been used yet, and they froze the card. I then have to submit documents that I am the purchaser, which is logical. It takes 30 days for them to review the case and if they would reissue the Gift card. Be careful when purchasing. This company seems very iffy, Gift card companies make money off unused funds. I don’t expect to get a refund. Target can’t do anything to help us because they are just the middleman. How many people would give up and not call? It was an unfortunate incident as it was a gift to someone, so I end up just doing a different type of Gift card once the person told me that it had been tampered with the card.

They can not be used anywhere. Not even largest retailer in the World, Amazon. Spent 45 minutes on phone with Amazon, they can not get it to work. It can't be set up as a payment method. Chatted with Target, the don't want to help till they have your email...get bent... Then told me to call Amazon after telling them I already spent 45 minutes talking top the. An actual human at Amazon, BTW. These are scams and am I out $50. Also, # on back of card allows no acces to a human, so NO help is available!

This card was a total scam. It was invalid and Target doesn't allow you to speak to anyone in their store about the problems you have with this card. Don't buy it! I only gave it one star if I could have given it zero I would have.

Don't buy this card. I haven't been able to use it in a few places online. I can't believe it! I think I'm going to stop using Target. How can they sell something that doesn't work. I hope I didn't lose the $106 I paid for this card.

The necessary security in place on these cards will prevent you from adding it to a digital wallet for at least 48 hours. In most instances, you should plan on buying these in advance so the recipient can actively use it right away. Please note that this card is not accepted on Google Play, even after adding it to a Google Wallet. I am uncertain if the funds are accepted on the Apple Pay platform, or in the AppStore. However, the reason for the payments not being accepted is more likely the result of high fraud with these cards than anything else. Therefore, I expect that the Apple world probably shows no greater acceptance for these cars.

Can not use my card. I know I have ove $50 left on the card! I have called the card and they wanted my birthday, and email and my address. Gave me a case number in which it does not work on their website! Said they would email me within 24 hours. STILL nothing back to this day! I am not happy with losing money!

Absolute scam hands down the worst gift card ever I got this for my wife just a random surprise for books and what not, not even 3 hours after buying it there was a fraudulent purchase seven states away from where we live how does that even happen they have the worst security I've ever seen stay FAR FAR away from this card

I received this $200 Visa Gift card that was purchased by my husband at the Mechanicsburg, PA Target store and given to me for my birthday. I went to use it today (a few days later) and it was completely drained! After logging onto the www.mybalancenow.com website, we could see the initial $200 credit and then a purchase made a few days ago at Ralphs in North Hollywood, California!!! We googled this discription and learned it's a grocery store. No customer service is available throught the Visa number on the card and the Target store will not refund the amount of the gift card they sold that was tampered with. We learned about this nationwide "card draining" epidemic through further research online. However, stores continue to sell these gift cards and make money from them! Bought as a gift for my mom and it kept getting declined. Looked up the balance and it only had a penny left. Card was used 2 days after purchased in California when we live in Illinois. Don’t bother buying the card physically, just buy digital so they can’t steal your card number.

Total scam! Do not buy these cards! I bought this for my daughter to use while on a trip and it got declined everywhere. Someone needs to go into Target and throw all of these cards in trash so no one else can get scammed by Target and Visa.
