A: In most blends, VitaCup provides 1.7mg-5mg of vitamin B6 per cup & the UL is 100mg; 100mcg DFE -164mcg DFE per cup & the UL is 1000mcg; 20mcg of vitamin D per cup & the UL is 100mcg

We used to love Vitacup when we made regular drip coffee, but their pods are a bust. I am really suprised they haven't recalled them. They explode each time leaving you with grinds not only in your coffee but all over your Keurig. We have tried various batches, at differrent times in the year thinking it was a fluke. We even tried reaching out to VitaCup who told us to return to Target. Do not buy unless you like drinking coffee grounds.

Foil top is awful. Coffee maker creates a 1/2 inch hole in it and grounds get all over. Liked the kind you could peel off and recycle.
