As they are delicious to take my review is on the direct product specifically but for the lack of information on this website. Without scrolling down to click on the pictures provided in the comments I was not able to find what a two gummie serving would have for vitamin percentage or amounts. Would be nice when clicking on product info it actually gave information.

My neurologist recommended that I try Vitafusion to bring up my low vitamin B12 value. When I got my blood work done 2 months later my B12 level had come up to normal, so he suggested I keep taking them because as a multi vitamin they would be good for me. I have found they have helped me have less leg cramps at night. I am NOT claiming the vitamins helped diminish my leg cramps, but it seems they did because that was the only new thing I added to my daily routine.
