This is a great supplement, especially for winter time when we get fewer rays of vitamin D from the sun. I like the liquid application for better usage.

Just one or two drops of D3 into my bottled water that I usually mix with MIO (water flavor enhancer) and maybe some liquid B12 and a drop of liquid Magnesium, and I have something much better than a Sports Energy Drink.

I have been using this product due to my low levels of Vitamin D, and have also added it to my children's daily regimen. I keep it on hand throughout the fall and winter months. My children have no problem taking it straight, and say they are taking their "drops".

I really like the liquid Vitamin D supplement. It is so much easier to take than a pill and super easy to alter the dosage. I had a vitamin D defiency and it didn't take long for my level to rise. By the next doctor visit my level was normal.

This is the worst vitamin d I have ever tried. My body completely rejected it. I think its because its derived from sheep wool, which nobody eats anyways, so why would we take a supplement made from it.

When you eat oil it must be burned or stored and there is no other "place" for it to go. If D-3 is "carried" in an oil base it will be harder to absorb. THis product carries the D-3 in medium chain triglycerides, an oil the body "thinks" is a carbohydrate, and the D-3 has a better chance of getting "out there" thru the blood. This Now D-3 product is great for those wanting a very low dose, but I prefer a higher dose per drop--not too much because a single 4000 unit drop can get "lost in the mix"--but about 1000 per drop.

I have a hard time finding supplements that are gluten-free, yeast-free, corn-free, soy-free, etc. I don't like "extras" in my vitamins and supplements. This is a fantastic product. I rated it like I did b/c I've only used it a couple of weeks and it's really too soon to tell how well it works. My preference is tablets rather than liquid in this product for convenience, but I'm very deficient in this vitamin and the liquid is really the best form for me to use. I was delighted to find it in the NOW brand, it's excellent.

This tastes really good straight up. And I am a picky person. You don't have to mix it in anything. The topper came apart after a week. Didn't think that was possible. I saw in a previous review that someone had the same problem. It was interesting. You would think this stuff is like acid eating away the topper. Wish they would fix that. Haven't taken it long enough to see results. But will order again.

I love how easy it is to take and there is virtually no taste. When I forget to take it, especially in the winter time, I start to feel sluggish. It really helps with energy during those not so sunny months :)

A very convenient and easy way to make sure my entire family gets the extra D we need, especially during the winter. Drops are easy to give to little ones. They have only the faintest taste of oil (not bad, just oil), so we take them during a meal. The price from Swanson is unbeatable (as are most other products they offer).

I was happy to finally find a liquid version of this supplement. Pills and I do not agree, and they have a tendency to get stuck in my throat. This is something I can add to food and never worry about choking on it. It is oil based, so you really don't want to take it straight, but add a few drops to a salad or pasta and you don't even realize you're having extra vitamins.
