This is more easily built up in people who are overweight. Therefore always be especially careful follow your doctor's instructions for vitamins D, E, K, and A.

Love the easy to swallow size, but after taking these for a whole year at double the recommended dosage my vitamin D level only went up by 6. I’m very wary of the quality and the fact there’s no vitamin k2 in it definitely invest in a different option if needing to treat a true deficiency

I have to take Vitamin D3 everyday (thanks Indiana). The price is good on the Target brand vitamins. My only suggestion is they should use smaller bottles. A huge bottle doesn’t matter when it’s less than half full when you open it. Big bottles just take up more space. Let’s be real and fill a smaller bottle.
