I've used it both for running as well as cardio strength training. It is breathable I don't even notice it's on when I'm wearing it. And it stays in place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little background - I have a similar lululemon headband i use to keep the hair out of my eyes when playing sports or running. This is a little thinner in terms of its height which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. This is softer but likely not as breathable or sweat resistant i’m unsure how it will fair long term. It has grip strips on the inside to stay in place which is convenient but might pull at hair a little bit. But overall at its price it’s pretty hard to beat where the lulu is more the quadruple the cost.
