Upgrading from a 47" Vizio that I've had for 14 years. It still works. The installation was easy enough. Setup could be explained a little better. Once I figure out how to get it out of Demo mode the setup went pretty well. The picture is great! I wish it would allow me to download any app I wanted to install. That being said I'll just keep using my Firestick.

TV is fine but we have YouTube TV and using the app on the TV, it buffers constanly. Haave to use Amazon fire stick for streaming tv without buffering.

The tv is on my wall so it’s too late to return. I do a lot of mirroring from phone to tv but it stops and freezes after a few minutes. So then you would look for the intranet app and try the link that way but no intranet app. Very frustrating and confusing

The picture is great, the sound is great, very easy to install. My 12 year old VIZIO was still working flawlessly by I wanted the steady true volume as we were sick and tired of the loud blasting commercials. We haven been reaching for the clicker every time a commercial comes on and that is absolutely Wonderful. We are a VIZIO family all our kids have them and most our friends. The TV is 6 stars all the way.

The picture is great. The audio sounds muffled. Like the speakers are in a box. It's a weird distortion. The speakers are under the tv and recedes in the tv. The speaker design was doomed to begin with. Especially if anything below the tv which blocks or echos weirdly. I connected a sound bar with the bluetooth. There was a fraction of a second delay with the picture. Just enough to make it annoying. I've cleared everything off from under the tv and it's barely improved it.

We hoped the app would help in navigating to find specific channels. It does not. The picture quality was great, which is why we purchased, but the remote, and the app, do not navigate to specific channels easily. This tv is set up more for streaming than watching antenna or satellite channels. We also have issues that with the app, or remote, the TV does not turn on to last channel watched all the time. It goes to the streaming home screen. Currently looking for something different.

Excellent vibrant colors, Google cast, and Google home ready. Perfect addition to my home. Problem was in packing, there is a border of tape around edge to prevent damage to screen, however, upon removal it caused the a discoloration. Now there is a visible light border where tape and film were attached. Noticeable during dark black scenes but not anything else.
