  • A: Vizio TVs do not have an internet browser installed. This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.

Not worth it

I've had this TV for about one year and it routinely crashes, shuts off, or won't turn on, even after rebooting multiple times. I expected better performance after only one year of light use. It also has very limited customization, so you are stuck experiencing Vizio's sponsored streaming platforms and pop-up ads while trying to navigate to where you actually want to go. Even though it's relatively affordable, I regret not buying a different, more functional and simple smart TV or streaming device.

In your online add it states(right above the checkbox for this review), package arrival Thursday. I just checked the tracking delivery and it stated: arrival Saturday. WHAT IS THAT?? I would term that as FALSE ADVERTISING. Is this what is considered good customer service? If the original statemant was arrival Saturday, then you plan around that. Thus opinions on this purchase are poor and disappointing, I would find it difficult to recommend this.

I have this TV in the 32in. They don’t have it available to review anymore. I purchased June 2023.. since October 2024 it started messing up.. not connecting, not streaming.. constantly “loading”. Delayed response using remote (even with new batteries). Lasted a little over a year.

Great Picture! Had to use a soundboard because the sound sucks. So first it quit accepting input from the antenna (kind of important in a camper tv), them it started intermittently quitting, and now it will no longer power on. Maybe I got a bad one, but I wouldn't chance it on another.

This order was lost somewhere. I got notice it had been shipped and when it would arrive but it never did. Accotrding to UPS tracking they never got package. I called twice to try to determine where it was but aftern no resolution finally gave up. I ultimately cancelled the order when no one seemed able to help. I even tried to reorder but found the process unfortunate sand was ultimately told to order online. I finally ordered from Amazon which is what I should have done originally. Very disappointing experience!!
