If you have pulse (rotary) service, you need to change the dial mode to pulse dialing before using the telephone. The batteries were also given for the cordless phone and the rest was very easy to set up. I love the design of the phones and will definitely look to get more from the brand. My mother has gotten to where she can't remember to charge her cell and her cell has become too difficult to navigate. This phone works great by allowing her to place a call with the push of one button. I was able to put my picture in so she can see who she is calling. I like the larger print numbers, no need for reading glasses. The phone has a user manual that comes with it as there are many features to set up and use. I also found videos online to show you how to set it up. Great phone.

The design is very impressive. I cannot report on the sound since I can't get it to work yet. The phone looks very durable and I like the idea of if your cell is charging maybe you could have used this phone. I really can't comment on the battery life either. Either way I'm still trying to see if you can use it like that. Bonus the numbers are big for us seasoned people.

It has the feature where you can add pictures for the contacts you save in the phone. It Also has a speaker phone. This phone set has to be one of the best sets I have seen.

I love it has the big numbers so it is much easier to see when using it. The volume is great so you are able to to hear clearly when talking on it. The battery seems to do very well. It has a corded phone as well as a cordless phone. The number buttons are very large and easy to see. The volume on the phone is loud and it can be increased or decreased as needed. The phone also has an answering machine that features a button that slows the playback. You can set the number of rings from anywhere between 2 and 6. There is also a Smart Call Blocker feature that screens calls. There are 8 programmable photo speed dial buttons. Overall, this is a great phone with a lot of features for the price!
