This toy is so boring. The keys didn't work as well as the buttons. The phrases are not that exciting. It was also a bit smaller than expected. Target refunded it, which is great. The toy itself I would recommend checking out in person. You may skip right over this one.

The minor keys are not functional. The song buttons, not one of them can you actually play on the keytar. For example there's a button that plays fruit bat like the sound of the keytar. But nope, it goes one note outside of the range of the keytar. This toy is misleading and dumb. The child gets nothing out of this except for mindlessly mashing buttons to make noises

It’s cute and smaller than expected, but it does have many buttons/options of play. Bluey’s voice, though, is SO STRANGE. She sounds like a British nanny instead of an Australian child. It’s off-putting to fans who know Bluey’s voice well. I used my 25% off on this item, so it’s not worth it to return it. I wouldn’t recommend this product, especially to children on the spectrum who WILL know and be upset with the imitation voice.

Although we thought it could be a little more bluey inspired. There are several different sound options available, and she loved discovering and playing each one. Sound quality is good.

My kids like using it like its a keyboard as well as playing all the song buttons. Both my boy and girl love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This keytar is so fun for my Bluey loving kids (let's be honest, Bluey loving fam). I got it for my 3.5 year old and he wears it around and plays it and my 1.5 year old love it too. It has character voices and some of the songs from the show, plus they can just play it like a piano/keytar. It has volume adjustment (v important as a Mama) and I don't mind listening to it usually haha. My 1.5 currently has it as his car toy of choice to keep him occupied in his seat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my three year old son. He has a few Bluey figures and loves music so I thought he would like this. While he had fun with it, since it didn't offer too many notes he actually moved on to another musical toy. He picks this back up when he wants to hear the Bluey song and some of the sound effects. Definitely fun for all the sound effects but not so much if they want to learn about music.

It’s just like the one Bluey plays in the “fancy restaurant” episode. My LO enjoys playing with each of the keys and preset songs & melodies. It seems like a very sturdy toy and I love how it allows a child’s imagination to flow freely. My LO makes up his own music and also tries imitating Bluey by playing “romance music” lol! Highly recommended!

I try and emphasize music and arts to my kids and this is a great way to pull them in and get them to be creative. We love to have dance parties at the end of the day and rock out with this guitar.
