A: To remove the head from the trimmer body - simply twist if off counter clockwise. To replace the battery - With the cutting head removed, pull the two pieces of the trimmer apart (plastic and metal pieces). This will expose the battery compartment. The Eyebrow and Nose Trimmer didn’t work very well for me. While it comes with a variety of different heads, I found it lacked effectiveness in trimming both eyebrows and nose hairs. It just didn’t give the precise results I was hoping for, and it struggled to cut through thicker hair. Despite the multiple attachments, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable trimmer. There are definitely better options out there for more efficient trimming.

It’s cheaply built but does the job, I buy one of these types of trimmers almost every year for my husband (they only last a year or less depending on usage and how you take care of it ) comes with a cheap battery even though it advertises a name brand AAA battery. But over all not the worst product on the shelves today.

Product is nice and slim, quite handy and easy to store. The build quality is cheap and most likely will give away in a matter of a year. The battery compartment is difficult to get to. And so much plastic in packaging! Wahl could probably get the volume of packaging down and reduce plastic and put that money towards improving quality of product.

Pleace inspect for rust before using and do not get them wet as the metal promotes rust. Tou could take it apart and clean and ddry them but the battery housing even rusted and swekkked making it difficult to replace battery.

Waste of money. Used 3 times, 2 weeks apart each time. No water. It's just dead. Won't turn on, New battery was no help. No longer have the pkg so it's money lost. Such a disappointment.

I bought the trimmer, but after 3 uses it stopped working. I failed to keep the receipt to attempt a return, so that's my fault. Since it was a loss, I decided to see what went wrong. I took it apart and there was rust and corrosion on the inside. So, even though is says it's water resistant, it's not! The trimmer worked great other than that. So, make sure to only wash the detachable parts, and NOT the motor or batter housing. If you do soak those you'll need to dry them quickly.

Product does what it is supposed to, and is nicely designed and very compact... but why is there no case to keep all the attachments in when not in use? I'd have gladly paid another $4-5 for a case- both for travel and at home. Now I have a choice of keeping everything in the original packaging or letting the attachments get lost or broken in a drawer. Battery compartment is difficult to open the first time. The instructions are not the clearest and it takes a bit of strength with very little to grasp. But once you figure it out, it's fine.

Last time I purchased this was on 7/2/23 and I'm back to reorder because the top doesn't close tightly so when I picked it up the bottom slipped out and broke into several pieces. It's only 15 bucks and did a good job. It is kinda sharp and scared to cut myself, but I haven't, so like I mentioned earlier, I'm back to repurchase. I'll be more careful next time.
