Q: Is this chair easy to assemble ? I am up there in age and using my hands are painful .

A: Hello, Thank you for your interest. This recliner ships in one carton via Curbside delivery. It can be left outside your home. The seat and back of the recliner are attached with 2 brackets, push the back onto the seat, you may need to use a little force. The handle which is located underneath the frame of the seat, is in a mesh bag and there is a hole on the left side of the recliner (when facing it), to insert the handle into the stem and to attach the wing nut and bolt. Q: Does the back move separate from the foot rest or when you put the lever does the back recline and the foot rest come out at the same time?

A: I would not say that it moves separate. The back can be up with the foot rest up.

I personally misread and thought it was also a rocker but it’s not. It’s comfy to sit in but when reclined it barely reclines at all to lean back so that sucks.

Extremely comfortable! Very easy to put together, took my husband all of five minutes. I’ve had this recliner in Khaki for two years. It is used frequently and still going strong. I like that once you recline you can simply push back to make the back go down even further.

Very poor quality. Made of thin cheap formica (pressed wood crumbs). The back does not stay upright. The chair is lopsided. I hate it, wish I never bought it.
