A: Target staff seem to be confused & misinformed. 100% sateen Cotten CAN be shiny, so stating that because it's 100% cotton it won't be shiny is not correct as sateen cotton is often shiny.

A: Hello Deb - We apologize you have had some trouble with getting the wrinkles out the comforter. Please wash and dry the comforter in machines that are large enough for it to freely move. Then, remove the comforter right after the dry cycle is complete. Usually, it takes 2 cycles to dry. Another option is to remove it from the dryer a tad damp and then lay on the bed to complete drying. This will reduce the wrinkles.
