At first it took me a min. To figure out which way was the correct way to place on the mattress. However, once I got it In place I haven’t had any issues. The waterproof does work so far. Our puppy had an unfortunate accident and the mattress pad held all the contents. I caught it pretty quick so I’m not sure how it would have been if I hadn’t. But pleased nothing escaped to the mattress.

0 stars!! Not water proof.. as least not accident proof! I’ve been using this mattress pad since purchase and my child just had an accident. It did not protect my mattress at all!! It is wet and there is a huge pee stain!! what is the whole point of it?! I’ve had cheaper quality mattress pads in the past that did a better job not letting the accident through!!
