The box is made of solid wood. The lid slides open to store the deck of cards and there are small holes on the side for the pins. Overall I'd say this is a clever storage idea.

We had to watch several videos online to figure out how to play. I guess if you already know how to play then it's great.

Everything is well contained within the game board and I had no issue bringing it for a road trip, my kids loved playing it in the car as well and I love that it is easy to keep everything in one place so you don't worry about losing any pieces. I also appreciate it being made with wood because it means it will last through use and can be wiped down if needed. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for small travel games, especially for road trips!

It's great for a relaxing trip with limited luggage space. That being said, don't expect to be able to play this game while actually traveling. This game has small pieces and needs a solid surface. Also expect to watch a couple YouTube how to play videos as the written instructions aren't enough. Will I be taking this on my next camping trip? Sure! It just might take a few rounds to explain the rules to the rest of the family.

My husband and I have been having lots of fun as he teaches me to play. This set is so well made using solid sturdy wood. I have no reservations throwing it in a bag for fun on the go.
