This yoyo is hard tied, so it has no slip shaft. I bought it for my son so he could learn yoyo tricks. He cannot use it for that, because of how it is made. See attached picture.

Nice wood yo-yo, but my son wanted a wood one he could try and do tricks on, and when the string is corded straight through the center post, there is no chance of doing said tricks.

Not good quality - 3 years ago
We had early Christmas, grandson opened gift, absolutely loved it. Within 15 minutes yo-yo unstrung. Fixed it, 15 minutes later same thing. Today put new string in and his holding up. Refund cancelled as I am not returning the Christmas item. Do not recommend.
