Upgrade your chess or checker board with these classic wood checkers. The pieces feature a stackable ridge for kinging. Due to the nature of wood, the pieces do not lock into place like plastic, but they will nest for stacking purposes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comes with a nice canvas storage bag - so much better than a plastic zip bag. The wooden pieces are carved to be truly stack-able and they stay put which is great when you play with kids. A great way to up grade you checkers board.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a set of 24 wooden checkers in a canvas drawstring bag. I found the checkers to be of much better quality than standard plastic checkers. My 3-year-old isn't quite old enough to learn the game, but he loves playing with them and stacking them like blocks. I wish this set had come with a checkers playing board.
